Registration Fee
The registration steps are listed below. Please decide the category of your registration according to the table, and complete payment in the Registration Page (on the bottom of this webpage).
We strongly encourage you to use Alipay to pay the registration fee, which can avoid lots of charge for remittances. When you pay the registration fee, please remark your Paper ID and corresponding author in the postscript. (e.g., SCEMS 2024 198, San Zhang)

Policy of Registration
1. For each accepted conference paper, at least one of the authors must finish the registration before October 24, 2024 (UTC/GMT +8.00).
2. If an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she can make a second conference paper registration with only the same attendee. An author can only register a maximum of 2 papers.
3. Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are required to present valid student identification when they pick up their registration materials. Postdoctoral Fellow cannot register as a student.
4. Papers not registered will not be included in the conference proceedings. Double check your paper ID and paper title to make sure that they are the same as shown on the acceptance letter when filling out the registration form.
5. Full registrations include all access to conference events and lunches, coffee breaks, banquet.
6. Receipt will be sent to you after the registration.
Cancellation Policy
1. Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to scems2024@163.com before October 31, 2024.
2. For cancellations received by October 24, 2024 (UTC/GMT +8.00), the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of necessary charge.
3. For cancellations received from October 24, 2024 (UTC/GMT +8.00) to October 31, 2024 (UTC/GMT +8.00), the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% that will be invoiced as penalty.
4. No refund will be processed for cancellations received after October 31, 2024 (UTC/GMT +8.00).
